La Grande Pièce is a red wine in AOP Côtes de Provence, certified organic farming and from a clay-limestone terroir of the oldest vines.

🍇Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon

🍷The vinification is based on a careful manual harvest, with vatting of 30% whole clusters for the Syrah. Maceration, carried out in a concrete tulip tank for 15 to 25 days, is punctuated by daily pumping over and manual punching. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 500 L French oak barrels, followed by 18 months in concrete vats and 6 months of rest in bottles. This process gives the wine depth, aromatic richness and a beautiful aging capacity.
