🍷La Grande Pièce is an AOP Côtes de Provence red wine, certified organic and made from a clay-limestone terroir of the oldest vines. A powerful blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it offers intensity, complexity and elegance.

Vinification is based on careful hand-picking, with 30% whole bunches for the Syrah grapes. Maceration takes place in concrete tulip-shaped tanks for 15 to 25 days, punctuated by daily pumping over and manual punching of the cap. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels, followed by 18 months in concrete tanks, then 6 months resting in bottle. This process gives the wine depth, aromatic richness and good long-keeping potential.
