🍷Rollier is an AOP Côtes de Provence rosé wine made from a blend of black grape varieties : Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren. Produced from an organic clay-limestone soil, this rosé reveals harmony and aromatic intensity.

The grapes are harvested at dawn and sorted on the vine. Vinification involves slow, delicate pressing, followed by settling and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 4 months in tanks on its lees.

-Nose : Intense and well-balanced bouquet, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit and English candy.
