Rollier is an AOP Côtes de Provence rosé wine made from a blend of black grape varieties. Produced from an organic clay-limestone soil, this rosé reveals harmony and aromatic intensity.

🍷The grapes are harvested at dawn and sorted on the vine. Vinification involves slow, delicate pressing, followed by settling and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 4 months in tanks on its lees.
