🍷Rollier is a IGP Var white wine, coming from clay-limestone soil and certified organic agriculture. This original blend combines Viognier, Clairette, Roussanne and Rolle to produce a fruity, fresh and rich wine.

Vinification begins with direct pressing after harvesting, followed by alcoholic fermentation of the blended juice in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for several months on its lees to enhance its complexity and aromas.
