🍷Château is an AOP Côtes de Provence rosé wine, coming from clay-limestone soil and certified organic agriculture. This cuvée expresses all the elegance and purity of the estate, thanks to a harmonious blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Tibouren.

Harvested at sunrise to preserve the freshness of the aromas, the grapes are pressed directly, then vatted for temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. After careful racking, the wine is aged on its lees for several months, revealing a beautiful minerality and a perfect balance between aromatic intensity and finesse.
